Information We Collect
The app does not automatically collect personal information, create user accounts, track users, or use third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.
The app stores settings locally on your device, such as demo mode, known NexTurn systems, device aliases, trusted systems, and app configuration. This information stays on your device unless you choose to submit a game to Nexus Workshop.
Game Submissions
If you choose to submit a custom game for possible inclusion in the NexTurn game library, the app sends the game settings you submit to Nexus Workshop. You may optionally include an email address with the submission.
Your email address is not required. If you provide one, Nexus Workshop will use it only to contact you with questions about your submission or to notify you if your submitted game is published. Nexus Workshop will not add your email address to a marketing list or sell it.
Submitted game settings may be reviewed, retained, edited, and published as part of the NexTurn game library if approved. Optional contact email addresses are not published and should be deleted after the submission review or publishing decision.
Bluetooth
The app uses Bluetooth to discover and communicate with NexTurn hardware. Bluetooth access is used only for app functionality.
Website and Server Logs
The game submission endpoint is designed not to intentionally store submitted contact email addresses, IP addresses, or submission files on the web server. However, the Nexus Workshop website or hosting provider may generate standard server logs, which can include request metadata such as IP address, user agent, request time, and requested URL. These logs are used for security, troubleshooting, and operating the website.
Sharing
Nexus Workshop does not sell your personal information. Nexus Workshop may share information only when needed to operate the app and website, comply with law, protect rights and security, or publish approved game library content as described above.
Children's Privacy
The app is not directed to children under 13, and Nexus Workshop does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
