Controller Logs and Support Tickets
You may have the ability to send us support tickets that include controller logs or other diagnostic information. We use controller logs and support ticket information only for the purpose of providing support to you directly, investigating the issue you contacted us about, and improving related support resources.
Do not send sensitive passwords, unrelated personal information, or private third-party information in controller logs or support messages unless it is necessary for your support request.
We Do Not Sell Information
We do not sell customer information, support information, email addresses, controller logs, or contact details. We do not provide customer information to third parties for them to market their own unrelated products or services.
