- Cooldown can allow anyone to act at any time, or require a player to be fully charged before acting again.
- After a player acts, their cooldown drops and then recovers one step at a time as other turns advance.
- Set the cooldown length from Live Settings, preset editing, or an Advanced Game stage.
- Cooldown ignores timers; use Require full charge when you want cooldown to be a hard rule.
