Menu page 7 preview

Pages 6 and 7 set up groups and open pairing for phones or for adding/rejoining beacons.

  • This page uses teal menu markers.
  • Use this page when you are deliberately splitting beacons into a new group or pairing them back together.
  • Set one beacon as Leader for the group you are creating, then set the beacons that should join it as Follower.
  • Green marks the beacon starting the group; blue marks a beacon that will join one.
  • In normal play, the system chooses the current coordinator at startup, so this is not a permanent player setting.

  • For a new phone, open this page from any joined beacon and press Primary/Top.
  • A green spinning animation means the system is ready for a new phone to pair.
  • For beacon groups, Page 7 opens the pairing window on a Leader beacon, or scans and joins on a Follower beacon.
  • Leaving Page 7 closes the setup window and returns the beacon to normal play.
  • If a follower needs to be rejoined later, this page scans and attempts to join.
  • Follower feedback moves from amber scanning to blue connecting to green joined.
  • Phone pairing grants persistent access to presets, settings, firmware updates, and advanced games. Use Guest Join when someone only needs temporary virtual-player controls.
